Cancellation Policy for hiring carried out through online/telephone platforms

If you want to cancel your contract, you must express your regret within 7 (seven) calendar days.

For this to be possible, you must send the cancellation request to comercialshare@sharesl.com.br, or access our customer service channel at (11) 96649-7625, inform the reason for cancellation and your registration details (name, email and telephone)

The deadline for responding is up to 5 working days after the date of receipt of the cancellation request. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm and Saturday, from 9am to 4pm.
