The Share Student Living, a joint venture between Mitre Realty and RedStone Residential, raised R$ 214 million in an Investment Fund in Quotas (FIP). These funds, along with a portion of debt, will constitute investments of R$ 460 million in premium standard student housing over the next four years.

Mitre Realty and RedStone Residential will invest R$ 340 million over the next four years in the development of student housing in the Greater São Paulo area, targeting high-income students. The Expected Sales Value (VGV) for launches during this period is R$ 700 million, with a total of 2,500 beds.

In early March, three students from a university mocked a woman who also studies at the institution for being '40 years old.' Inês Pzebeowski, 38, set aside a well-established nursing career to pursue medicine. Data from the Ministry of Education (MEC) shows that in 2021, almost 600,000 people over 40 were enrolled in universities, representing an increase of 171.1% in the last 10 years.

According to data provided by the Share Student Living network of student residences, their four units in São Paulo hosted 34% more international students than last year.

Share Student Living has entered into a partnership with Inteli - Institute of Technology and Leadership, founded by partners of BTG Pactual. Under the agreement, Inteli will be able to secure up to 90 beds at Share's unit located in Butantã, in the western zone of São Paulo, for scholarship students.

Share Student Living recently inaugurated two units in the capital of São Paulo and has an ongoing investment plan, with the expectation that its asset portfolio will reach R$ 1 billion in 2024 and R$ 2 billion in 2028.

In partnership with the São Paulo-based company Share Student Living, the new model of student accommodation had an investment of approximately R$ 50 million.
